How should l make my repayments?
The most convenient way to make your monthly repayments is via direct debit - it’s simple, usually free and now the most common way of making regular payments. Please call one of our customer services advisors on 0870 600 7025 who will be pleased to help.

Can I change my payment date?
Due to a change in the Consumer Credit Act we are no longer able to change payment dates on agreements.

Can I settle my agreement at any time?
Settling your agreement with us is very simple. Complete our service request form or contact our Customer Services Department.

Can I pay more than my contracted monthly amount to finish my agreement early?
It is not advisable to make extra payments on your agreeement.

Why do I have to pay a credit facility / completion fee?
The fees are charged to help recover the costs in arranging credit. These costs include credit reference searches and HPI (Hire Purchase Information) clearances. Details of credit facility fees are shown on Santander Consumer Finance's agreement forms.
